At GHOST LIFESTYLE, we want you to look and feel your best in our apparel. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear gets back to us safely.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original bags and secure them in a shipping mailer with the prepaid label attached, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
